More than just a pretty picture, nature art is a creative expression of nature. Each piece is made of elements such as flowers, stones and shells.

A yoga retreat allows you to step away from your day-to-day so you can focus on personal growth through yoga, meditation and nature.

Personalize a birthday party, wedding event, or business/school function with your own nature art workshop, yoga class or sound bath.

Use your breath to flow from one pose to another and focus on the space in between. Classes run from 5-6:15pm on Monday evenings.

Relaxation is promoted by being “bathed” in sound waves, which are produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.

Not sure how to start doing yoga? This 4-week series teaches you the basics of a practice. Monday evenings from 6:30-7:45pm.

Bring your practice to the water with poses that have been modified specifically for a paddleboard. Classes are held June-September on Bde Maka Ska.
